The Reception and Information section of the Sanctuary works in two different locations in the Sanctuary and Aljustrel, and provides information to the pilgrims of different fields:

• History of the Apparitions and Message of Fatima;

• Sanctuary - places, programs, hours of celebrations, etc.;

• practical information;

• Guided visits to schools, catechesis and other groups of non-commercial organization;

• Projection of audiovisual;

• Lost and found.
